Help signing in to Capital Brief

If you can't see our sign-in emails in your inbox:

  • Check your spam/junk folder or promotions tab. If the email is in either location, move it to your Inbox and click "Not spam" to ensure you receive subsequent emails.
  • Try searching for messages "from:signin@mail.capitalbrief.com".

To sign in to Capital Brief:

  1. Visit capitalbrief.com in your web browser.
  2. Click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner. If you can't see the button, it’s likely you're already signed in.
  3. Enter your email address and click "Send sign-in code". You will see a screen asking you for a code.
  4. Open your email inbox. Within a few seconds, you should see an email from Capital Brief with the subject line "Your sign-in code".
  5. Open the email to see your 6-digit sign-in code.
  6. Go back to the screen asking you for a code. Enter your 6-digit code to complete your sign in. Once signed in you will see a person icon in the top right corner of the website.

We will never ask you to set up or remember a password to access our journalism. Anytime you need to sign in we will send a 6-digit sign-in code to the email address you provided. 

This approach to signing in is simple, secure and convenient.
